Went in to look for a new vehicle to replace our 2021 F-150 Limited pickup. We meet up with Ken Egle at Red McCombs Ford, whom we’ve purchased 2 other vehicles from. We told him what we were looking for. He took us to a new Ford Expedition Max. It was beautiful. We took it out for a test drive and it drove like a dream. When all was said and done and a deal needed to be made the numbers just weren’t there for us to purchase the vehicle.With the help of Ken and Brandon Reyna (who helped us with the purchase of our previous 2 trucks) they were able to work the numbers so we could purchase our new 2024 Ford Expedition. The whole process was smooth and painless. Located this vehicle following a search for this truck with specific technology and color. I contacted the internet dept and connected with Mark, who was very knowledgeable and responsive to multiple questions. I was provided a current Carfax. A price was agreed upon and we drove from Oklahoma City to San Antonia for this vehicle. Test drove with salesman, Max Herrera and decided this truck was definitely for me. Documents were completed quickly and efficiently so we were on our way back to Oklahoma with my new truck. Thank you!!
